During the North African Campaign Flight Lieutenant BRINSLEY has displayed outstanding keenness.
He has destroyed three enemy aircraft in the air and also destroyed and damaged trucks and other transport vehicles on the ground.
This officer is an extremely able and efficient Flight Commander.
