1 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Colonel JORDON, Lieutenant Colonel FLEMING, Lieutenant Colonel WALLACE, Squadron Leader GLASSCOCK & Squadron Leader CHARLTON arrived for the advanced portion of the Army Co-op Course
2 February 1942 - CANBERRA
A.O.C. arrived by air 1000 hours, inspected and departed 1600 hours.
4 February 1942 - CANBERRA
C.A.S. arrived 1000 hours for War Council meeting at departed 1740 hours (Civil Aircraft)
5 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Major General VASEY, Wing Commander CAREY & two U.S. Officers arrived on Station. Wing Commander CAREY & U.S. Officers departed for SYDNEY.
6 February 1942 - CANBERRA
General VASEY departed by train.
10 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Squadron Leader MINCHIN Signals Section visited Station on inspection of Signals Section.
NO.1 Course Army Co-operation Course completed to-day.
11 February 1942 - CANBERRA
C.A.S. & Brigadier General HURLEY arrived by "Silver City" at 1000 hours.
Squadron Leader COBBY S.A.O. arrived and took up duties.
Flying Officer K.F. SMITH of Central Area arrived at 1400 hours, in investigation and inspection of Service Police duties.
13 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Professor DAKIN visited Station and discusses Camouflage with Commanding Officer.
U/S Party arrived by rail 4 Officers 40 ranks.
14 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Mr. Edgar LAYTHA American Journalist, Mr. HICKSON Woman's Weekly Photographer, visited Station at 1030 hours.
16 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Lieutenant R.D. VAN AUKEN arrived by rail, 163 personnel, 45 Officers, 118 Men.
Pilot Officer LOFT Pilot Officer CHANNON reported for duty with 8th Pursuit Squadron.
Lieutenant K. McCOOK & 13 other ranks of 12th Supply Coy., formed a depot on this Station for supply of food to RAAF & 2 STT Station.
19 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Flying Officer A.G.W. GILBERT 799 arrived by road from DENILIQUIN for duty with No. 8 Pursuit Squadron.
Flying Officer R.W. COLVIN School of Army Co-op Photo duties, arrived by rail from RICHMOND.
24 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Squadron Leader B.R. PELLY arrived by road from WAGGA for duty with School of Army Co-op as RAAF Instructor.
Silver City arrived VH-ABH 1208 hours, passengers, General STURDY, Admiral LEARY USA, General LAVERACK, Admiral Sir Guy ROYLE RAN.
CAS and PA arrived by air from ALICE SPRINGS at 1335 hours, Air Commodore GODDARD & party visited Station at 1141 hours, proceeded to Cabinet Meeting.
25 February 1942 - CANBERRA
No. 2 Course School of Army Co-op commenced to-day. No. of Officers under training RAAF 6 AIF 20.
26 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Flight Lieutenant M.S. WALKER Engineer Officer S/Area visited the Station on an inspection.
27 February 1942 - CANBERRA
A20-462 Pilot Officer F.W. POWELL 405529 Passenger Captain W.J. McCUTCHEON (AIF) crashed BUNGENDORE district at 1000 hours, Pilot & Passenger killed, aircraft destroyed, aircraft & crew were from School of Army Co-op out on exercises.
28 February 1942 - CANBERRA
Squadron Leader E.B. ALLEN Squadron Leader PAPE of Air Accidents Committee arrived by air at 1000 hours to investigate accident to A20-462.
