Island raided from 1120 hours to 1207 hours by 6 Bombers and 3 Zeros. 2 Wirraways destroyed also small civil hut and some equipment including photographic.
15 May 1942 - HORN ISLAND
Operational Base, HORN ISLAND formed.
21 May 1942 - HORN ISLAND
Pilot Officer Corrigan arrived to take command of Base.
